This process requires strong eye muscles, well-developed visual attention, and the ability to distinguish symbols. That is why this program was designed to develop these foundational skills through play.
Each stage of the program supports a different skill in the pre-reading period:
Eye tracking: Ensures smooth eye movements as the eyes move from line to line across the text.
Visual attention: Enhances the child's ability to notice and select multiple elements seen at once.
Symbol recognition: Provides essential preparation for learning letters.
Memory: Strengthens the ability to retain what is seen while reading.
